Navaratri Festival 2026 – Thirukoilur
Navaratri is a nine-day festival celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm throughout Kallakurichi District. During the festival, temples are beautifully decorated and special prayers are conducted every day. Devotees gather to worship the Goddess and participate in traditional religious ceremonies. Cultural programmes, devotional music and special poojas add colour to the celebrations. The festival promotes the preservation of Tamil religious traditions and brings families and communities together.
