An Occupational Therapist (OT) is a healthcare professional who helps individuals develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. They work with people of all ages who have physical, mental, developmental, or emotional challenges caused by injury, illness, disability, or aging.
Occupational Therapists assess patients’ needs, create personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic activities to improve mobility, coordination, self-care, and independence.
